HONG KONG, CHINA - April 17, 2012 /CNW/ - Seaspan Corporation (NYSE:SSW) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.59375 per share on its 9.5% Series C preferred shares for the period from January 30, 2012 to April 29, 2012. The dividend will be paid on April 30, 2012 to all 9.5% Series C preferred shareholders of record as of April 27, 2012.
